在自然保护区开展调查监测、科研观测、标本采集的单位和个人，应当按照自然保护区管理机构的要求，提交相关活动成果。在自然保护区开展本条例第二十六条、第二十七条、第二十八条规定的活动，应当采取必要措施，避免或者减少对自然生态系统、生态廊道、重要栖息地以及自然和人文景观的不利影响。自然保护区管理机构应当根据实际情况和需要，明确开展相关活动的边界、强度以及应当采取的保护性措施等。
